Alumni Prizes for Academic Achievements

Several faculties at the University of Freiburg award alumni prizes for outstanding academic achievements. The purpose of the prizes is to recognize student achievements in bachelor’s and master’s theses. Inquiry-based learning provides skills in academic writing and research – and laureates of Alumni Freiburg e.V. have demonstrated in an exemplary manner their mastery of these skills in their final theses. Alumni Freiburg e.V. presents certificates to the laureates and acknowledges their academic achievements at the faculty graduation ceremonies.
